  • 1(250 g) packagephiladelphia light cream cheese (or simililar cream cheese)
  • 1lemon, juice of
  • chopped parsley, to taste
  • cracked pepper, to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth consistency, then take off your clothes and stand on your head while chanting “salmon, salmon, salmon, Oi, Oi, Oi”.
