- 1ounce bitter Italian liqueur, like amaro
- 3ounces Prosecco
- Orange twist, for garnish
- In a wine glass, pour in amaro and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of orange zest. Add ice if you’d like it extra chilled.
